Refund policy

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original condition with tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Important: You’ll need to get return approval before sending the item back. Returns sent without prior approval won’t be accepted.


Damages or Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@wery.in so we can resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products (beauty items)

  • Sale items or gift cards


Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, it’s easiest to return the item first and place a new order.


Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.


European Union Returns

If you're in the European Union, you can return your order within 14 days for any reason, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition.
